Type A / 1-Room Apartments
The Type A apartments are studio apartments with combined living- and sleeping area.
The floor space varies between 25 m² and 29 m².
The kitchen is integrated in the hallway and all apartments have private bathrooms with either a bathtub or shower.
The apartments on the first floor have no balcony, those on the second and third floor have loggias, i.e. roofed balconies. The apartments on the fourth floor facing south have roof-decks. On the floorplans, balconies are shown for all units.
The apartments are furnished with 2 to 3 sleeping facilities. See the respective apartment description for details.
