The approx. 26 m² studio apartment is located on the first floor facing east. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 persons. The window offers a magnificent view on the countryside and the Predigtstuhl.

The combined living- and bedroom is furnished with an easy-to-handle wall-mounted double bed. The living area consists of a sofa, a coffee table and a dinner table with two chairs. The room has allergy-friendly easy-care designer vinyl flooring. The TV is mounted on a rotating TV stand making it possible to watch from the living area as well as from the bed.

The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

Contrary to the schematic illustration of the floor plan, this apartment does not have a balcony! The window offers a beautiful view on the countryside and the Predigtstuhl.
