The approx. 26 m² studio apartment is located on the first floor facing south. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 persons. The window offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl.

The combined living- and bedroom is furnished with two separate beds with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames. The living area consists of a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a dinner table with two chairs. The room has an allergy-friendly designer vinyl flooring.

The kitchenette is integrated in the hallway and equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

Contrary to the schematic illustration of the floor plan, this apartment does not have a balcony! The window offers a great view on the Predigtstuhl.
