Type B / 1.5-Room Apartments

The type B apartments are 1.5-room apartments. The sleeping area is either separated from the living area by a room divider, or the apartments are designed so that living- and sleeping area are in the same room.

The floor space varies between 38 m² and 42 m².

The apartments have separate kitchens equipped with kitchenettes. All apartments have private bathrooms with either a bathtub or shower.

The apartments on the first floor have no balcony, those on the second and third floor have loggias, i.e. roofed balconies. The apartments on the fourth floor facing south and east have roof-decks. On the floorplans, balconies are shown for all units.
